1 一家美國客戶訂了中國南方工廠的一批5.5吋轉(zhuǎn)盤軸承，安裝使用后效果不好，找到我們分析解決問題；
2我們和客戶溝通交流軸承的應(yīng)用情況，軸承是安裝在一個立柱下端，帶動立柱旋轉(zhuǎn)。立柱有1.5米多高，上端是視頻拍攝鏡頭。出問題的狀況是視頻鏡頭晃動大，影響拍攝效果；
3 通過客戶的簡圖，我們進(jìn)行了軸承承載和受力變形分析計算，最早的軸承設(shè)計不能滿足應(yīng)用的要求，軸承內(nèi)部間隙大，受到偏載時，軸承圈傾斜角度大，導(dǎo)致軸承旋轉(zhuǎn)不平穩(wěn)。
4 我們根據(jù)以上分析，為客戶重新設(shè)計了軸承圖和計算結(jié)果，客戶認(rèn)為合理可以解決問題。于是向我們訂貨一批產(chǎn)品。我們完成產(chǎn)品樣品后，做了一個模擬測試臺檢測，擺動小于客戶要求�？蛻艉軡M意，批量產(chǎn)品順利交貨。
